There is no legal regulation on whether the keys can be given. It depends on how the two parties agree on the time for handing over the keys.

If there is an agreement, the agreement will be implemented. If there is no agreement, it depends on your own wishes. If there is no clear agreement requiring the keys to be given now, it is safer to wait until the house loan is paid.

Legal basis:

Article 8 of the "Interim Regulations on Real Estate Registration" real estate shall be registered with the real estate unit as the basic unit. Real estate units have unique codes.

The real estate registration agency shall establish a unified real estate registration book in accordance with the regulations of the land and resources department of the State Council.

The real estate registration book shall record the following matters:

(1) The location, boundary, spatial boundaries, area, purpose and other physical conditions of the real estate;

( 2) Ownership status such as the subject, type, content, source, term, and changes in rights of real estate rights;

(3) Matters involving restrictions and reminders on real estate rights;

(4) ) other related matters.
