At present, after a direct housing provident fund loan in Liaoning Province is successful, the entire balance in the account can be withdrawn for the first time, and the loan employees can use it at their own discretion.
Starting from March, this policy will be cancelled, and the first withdrawal amount will be adjusted to the total amount of loan principal and interest repaid with own funds plus the total loan principal and interest to be repaid in the next year.
Recently, the Liaoning Provincial Housing Fund Management Center issued the "Notice on Adjusting the Housing Provident Fund Withdrawal Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), adjusting the first withdrawal amount.
Starting from the first withdrawal, the main lender’s withdrawal amount each time is the total amount of loan principal and interest repaid with its own funds plus the loan principal and interest payable in the next 12 months during the repayment period.
This also means that after a provincial provident fund loan is successful, the balance cannot be withdrawn in one go.
For example, if there is 200,000 yuan in the employee's provident fund account, according to the current policy, the first withdrawal amount after the loan is successful is 200,000 yuan. After the policy adjustment, if the employee first uses his own funds to repay the loan1 If you will repay 20,000 yuan in the next year, the first withdrawal amount will be 30,000 yuan.
In fact, this adjustment is not only to unify the Shenyang provident fund policy, but also to reflect the mutual assistance of the housing provident fund after the policy adjustment, benefiting more depositors.
The new policy requires that the interval between two withdrawals cannot be less than 12 months, and withdrawals can be accumulated over the years. This means that you can withdraw it once a year. If you do not withdraw it in the current year, you can withdraw the amount that was not withdrawn in the previous year when you withdraw it in the next year.
For those who have the same lender, if the balance of the primary lender’s personal account is less than the above loan repayment amount, the other borrower (and spouse) can only withdraw the difference.
In addition, the notice stipulates that after 6 months of repayment of the loan by the provincial provident fund borrower, the balance of the provident fund account of the primary lender and the same borrower (including spouse) can be used for early repayment of the loan. After application, the provident fund can be withdrawn to directly offset the loan principal, and the provincial provident fund loan can be repaid in advance. Cash withdrawal is not allowed.
However, the notice also requires that for partial early repayment of provincial provident fund loans, the principal should be reduced by no less than 30,000 yuan each time, and the interval between two times should also be no less than 12 months. Provincial provident fund portfolio loans can be given priority in repaying the commercial loan portion, and early repayment conditions, amounts and other matters shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions in the loan contract.
For repayment of non-provincial provident fund housing loans, the withdrawal of provident fund shall still be implemented in accordance with the original regulations.
The above-mentioned new policies will be implemented starting from March 1st for withdrawal business.
