1. Only commercial loans are withdrawn without hedging repayment, and the withdrawal date of commercial loans is 15 days per month.

Two, at the same time for commercial loans and hedging repayment, such as hedging repayment has been completed before the 25th of the month (inclusive), can be unified before the 25th of the month for the withdrawal of commercial loans; If the repayment is hedged between 25th and the end of the month, the commercial loan will be recovered the day after the hedged repayment.

3. Commercial loan contract is a convenient service measure. Due to information system operation, bank fund settlement, legal holidays and other reasons, it may be impossible to determine the contract payment date to ensure that the funds are in place in time. Please fully estimate the impact of delayed receipt of funds to avoid commercial loans overdue.

There are three main channels for handling commercial loan contract business, namely: Hainan Housing Provident Fund APP, Personal Online Service Hall of Provident Fund and the counter of Hainan Housing Provident Fund Management Center. The first two methods are more convenient.

If you want to inquire about real estate, commercial loans, marriage and other related information through the information system, you don't need to provide paper materials. If the information cannot be obtained online or the information is incomplete, it is necessary to extract the relevant materials such as the house purchase contract (or property certificate), loan contract and marriage certificate provided by the applicant for verification.
