5. How to identify the second suite?

1. The family of the second-home lender (including the borrower, spouse and minor children) determines the number of mortgage loans.

For families who have used bank loans to buy second homes, if the per capita housing area is lower than the local average level, they can apply for housing loans from local commercial banks again, which can be implemented with reference to the second home loan policy. 4. Commercial banks should earnestly fulfill their obligation to inform and require lenders to submit real proof materials such as real estate, income, household registration and tax payment according to the principle of good faith. Where it is found that false information or false certificates are provided, commercial banks shall not accept their second-home loan applications.
