1. The loan is used to pay tuition and fees, transportation expenses and living expenses. The maximum amount shall not exceed 80% of the total expenses for the educated to study abroad, and the borrower shall raise at least 20% of the funds by himself.

2. The amount of personal study abroad loan from China Bank used as study abroad deposit shall be subject to the statement of study abroad deposit requirements or relevant certification materials provided by the embassy of the country where the borrower applies for the loan (or relevant institutions in the destination area), study abroad institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education and study abroad intermediaries. In principle, the loan amount shall not exceed 90% of the total amount of study abroad deposit required by the educated, and the maximum amount shall not exceed 6,543,800 yuan+0.5 million yuan or equivalent foreign currency.
