Letter of credit clause

1. The loan applicant should be a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct, the owner of the house purchased, and pay the housing provident fund in the provident fund center normally.

2. The loan applicant shall meet the following conditions:

(1). Have permanent residence or valid residence status within the administrative area of this Municipality;

(2) Meet the deposit conditions of housing provident fund for loan application;

(3) Having a house purchase contract or agreement and relevant certification materials, and the down payment ratio of house purchase meets the specified requirements;

(4) Have a stable occupation and income, have a good credit, and have the ability to repay the loan principal and interest as required;

(5) Agree to handle the loan guarantee and related procedures approved by the Provident Fund Center;

(6) If the loan applicant purchases a new house, the development unit shall sign a loan cooperation agreement with the provident fund center; If the loan applicant buys a second-hand house (the second-hand house, the same below), the seller of the second-hand house (the original property owner) shall not be his spouse;

(7) Neither the borrower nor the spouse has outstanding provident fund loans; For the second application for provident fund loan, the first provident fund loan must be settled for five years; Three or more provident fund loans will not be accepted.

Loan process

Pre-loan consultation → acceptance → review → examination and approval → signing contract → mortgage registration → issuing loan → settling withdrawal loan.

Tip: Before applying for a loan, the applicant must first confirm whether the name and ID number of his housing provident fund account are consistent with the information marked on the ID card.
