2. Pure provident fund loans can reach up to 80% of the transaction price. If the appraisal price is lower than the transaction price, 80% of the loan shall be subject to the appraisal price.
3. If it is a portfolio loan (part of the provident fund loan and the rest of the commercial loan), the loan can be up to 70%.
Down payment = house transaction price-(total house appraisal price * loan ratio)
