Whether to deduct money from the provident fund after the provident fund loan depends on whether the lender has signed the provident fund hedging business with the bank. If there is, the bank will give priority to the deduction from the lender's provident fund account every month, and if it is not enough, it will be deducted from the bank card. If this agreement is not signed, the bank has no right to deduct money from the lender's provident fund account, but from the bank card bound by the lender to repay the mortgage.
After the provident fund loan, it is required to repay the loan from the second month after the loan is issued, not from the house. If the provident fund hedging business is not signed, the lender can also choose to withdraw money from the provident fund account to repay the mortgage.
The condition of repaying the loan with the provident fund (1) is to buy a set of self-occupied housing with full property rights in this city (ordinary housing with 70-year property rights and commercial housing with 50-year property rights are not allowed).
(2) The principal lender and spouse have no other provident fund loan debts and repayment business.
(3) Banks that handle loan business have loan repayment business.
These materials need to be prepared before handling: housing provident fund account number, ID card, marriage certificate, household registration book and borrower's latest loan repayment certificate.
(1) The applicant should bring his/her ID card, marriage certificate and other relevant supporting materials to the housing provident fund loan entrusting bank or provident fund center to apply for entrusted repayment;
(2) After the materials provided by the applicant have been examined and approved by the entrusted bank or provident fund center, the entrusted loan repayment agreement is signed and the entrusted loan repayment relationship is established;
(III) After the relationship of entrusted loan repayment is established, the provident fund center shall, according to the agreed time, withdraw the balance of housing provident fund stipulated in these Measures from the housing provident fund account of the loan repayment customer and transfer it to the entrusted bank of housing provident fund loan.
Article 8 The relationship of entrusted loan repayment shall take effect from the month following the signing of the entrusted loan repayment agreement.
