Lenders require contact persons for two main purposes. One is that risk control will call the contact person during the loan review to verify whether the borrower's information is true. Another purpose is that if the borrower cannot be contacted, the lending institution will contact the contact person to help him find the borrower, so as to facilitate post-loan management.
If you don't want to leave a contact person, the lending institution may think that your loan is hidden and has certain risks, and finally it will directly reject your loan application.
