1. A copy of the business license of the enterprise as a legal person examined by the administrative department for industry and commerce;
2. The borrower has the right to sign the power of attorney and the signature sample;
3. The latest financial statements of the company;
4. Other documents required by the bank.
Two. The enterprise shall fill in the Application for Export Bill and the Pledge of Export Bill in duplicate, affix the official seal of the enterprise and sign it by the authorized signatory, and submit it to the bank for review together with the export documents and the original letter of credit;
Three. After receiving the application for export bills of exchange and the export documents submitted by the enterprise, the bank shall make export bills of exchange if they meet the requirements and are verified to be correct.
1. The documents submitted meet the requirements of the letter of credit.
2. The collection of documents under the letter of credit is guaranteed. 3. Relevant formalities have been completed.
4. In any of the following circumstances, the bank will refuse to accept the draft application:
(1) Restrict negotiation with other banks.
(2) The usance letter of credit exceeds 180 days.
(3) Transport documents are non-ownership documents.
(4) A complete title certificate has not been submitted.
(5) Letter of credit with soft clauses.
(6) Transfer letter of credit for which the transferring bank does not undertake independent payment responsibility.
(7) There are substantial discrepancies between documents.
(8) The remittance route is tortuous, which affects the safe and timely collection of foreign exchange.
(9) The location of the issuing bank or the paying bank is a country or region where the situation is tense and turbulent or there is a war.
(10) There is a shortage of foreign exchange in the foreign exchange receiving area, which is strictly controlled, or there is a financial crisis and the foreign exchange collection is uncertain.
(1 1) Other banks consider it inappropriate to provide bills of exchange.
