According to the relevant policies, freshmen's household registration will not be moved to the school's location, and freshmen with rural household registration will go through the formalities of transferring from rural areas to non-rural areas with the official seal of the school (and stamped with "Our school is an ordinary higher education institution approved by the Ministry of Education"), the college entrance examination admission ticket, my household registration book and resident ID card.

third, the transfer of freshmen's paper files, according to the requirements of Henan Provincial Admissions Office, the admitted candidates will go to the county (city, district) for admission by themselves with the admission notice, admission ticket and ID card. 5. Freshmen can buy half-price tickets at the local railway station with the admission notice when they come to school.

6. Admission fee:

1. Tuition: The tuition fee for the majors of art design and music performance is 13,95 yuan per year, while the tuition fee for other majors and those of junior colleges is 11,55 yuan per year, and the tuition fee for junior colleges is 9,5 yuan per year.

2. Accommodation fee: 1,2 yuan/person * year.

3. agency fee: 6 yuan. (Including 57 yuan for teaching materials and 3 yuan for physical examination. )

4. Freshmen must pay all tuition fees, accommodation fees and agency fees in one lump sum when registering. Students from poor families can apply for national student loans according to regulations.

VII. Charging method: The college collects tuition fees by ICBC card transfer, and sends you your ICBC card and initial password list with the admission notice. Students, please check whether the name of this card is the same as that of the admitted freshmen before deposit. If it is correct, please deposit the total amount of tuition, accommodation and agency fees into this card at least four days before the registration date. The bank will transfer your payment amount to the college account, and you can go through the registration formalities after you arrive at the school. Please keep your bank card properly, and remember the initial password of the password list. If you change the password, you can change the password by yourself through ICBC's local ATM machine. When you make a deposit, be sure to ask for a deposit receipt from the local bank for enquiry and reconciliation (please read the attached ICBC Peony Link Card User Guide in detail). If the name of this card doesn't match the name of the admitted freshmen or you don't receive this card, please remit the total amount of tuition, accommodation and agency fees to the college account (please remit the money at least three days in advance, and be sure to indicate the student's name and major on the remittance slip).
