3. The staff should pay the registration fees for vehicle inspection, extension of registration, license plate removal and photography. Take photos of the vehicle and record them on the inspection record;

4. Check for violations. After passing, go to the relevant window with relevant certificates and registration forms to apply for registration, transfer and cancellation/transfer of motor vehicles and transfer tickets, and deliver the original vehicle procedures, vehicle license plate, selection number, new driving license, tax registration certificate and new license plate.

Materials that need to be brought together include: motor vehicle registration certificate, loan settlement certificate issued by the lending institution, lender's organization code certificate, Motor Vehicle Mortgage Registration/Pledge Filing Application Form, power of attorney, and motor vehicle owner's ID card. The financial institution handling the car loan will hand over the registration certificate to the parties together;

4. After going to the lobby of the vehicle management office, you can go to the corresponding service window.

Twenty-fourth _ _ to apply for change of record, the motor vehicle owner shall confirm the application information and handle it in accordance with the following provisions:

(a) in the case of the first paragraph of Article 23, the owner of the motor vehicle shall submit the identity certificate, motor vehicle registration certificate and driving license. The vehicle management office shall, within one day from the date of acceptance, endorse the recorded items on the motor vehicle registration certificate, recover and reissue the driving license;

(two) in the second paragraph of article twenty-third, the owner of the motor vehicle shall submit the identity certificate and the motor vehicle registration certificate; If the identity certificate number is changed, the relevant change certificate shall also be submitted. The vehicle management office shall, within one day from the date of acceptance, endorse the filing matters on the motor vehicle registration certificate;

(three) in the third paragraph of article twenty-third, the owner of the motor vehicle shall submit proof of identity. The vehicle management office shall handle the filing within one day from the date of acceptance;

(four) in the fourth paragraph of article twenty-third, the owner of the motor vehicle shall submit the identity certificate, motor vehicle registration certificate and driving license, and submit the motor vehicle for inspection. The vehicle management office shall, within one day from the date of acceptance, inspect the motor vehicle, supervise the re-engraving of the original vehicle identification code, collect and inspect the rubbing film or electronic data of the vehicle identification code, and endorse the filing matters on the motor vehicle registration certificate;

(5) Under the circumstances specified in Item 5 and Item 6 of Article 23, the owner of the motor vehicle shall submit the identity certificate, driving license, motor vehicle safety and technical inspection certificate, control auxiliary device or tailgate installation certificate, and submit them for inspection. The vehicle management office shall inspect the motor vehicle within one day from the date of acceptance, recover and reissue the driving license;

(six) in the case of the seventh paragraph of article twenty-third, the owner of the motor vehicle shall submit the identity certificate and driving license and submit the motor vehicle for inspection. The vehicle management office shall, within one day from the date of acceptance, inspect the motor vehicle, recover and reissue the driving license.

Because of the fifth, sixth and seventh provisions of Article 23, if the vehicle is not at the place of registration, it may apply to the vehicle management office where the vehicle is located. The vehicle management office where the vehicle is located shall inspect the motor vehicle as required, review the submitted certificates and vouchers, and forward the electronic data of motor vehicle inspection to the vehicle management office at the place of registration, which shall review and issue the driving license as required.
