1. If the borrower fails to repay the loan principal within the time limit stipulated in the contract, it shall, in principle, apply to the lender for extension and reorganization 30 working days in advance. The specific extension and reorganization conditions shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations on risk management of Bank of China. The application for deferred reorganization shall be submitted to the authorized approver for approval, and then the borrower and the borrower shall sign an deferred reorganization agreement. The deferred reorganization agreement shall be subject to the written consent of the mortgagor (pledgee) and the guarantor, and the mortgagor (pledgee) shall go through the formalities of deferred registration and insurance.

2. The extension and reorganization of individual study loan is limited to one time. For loans within one year (inclusive), the extension and restructuring period shall not exceed the original loan period, for loans between one year and five years (inclusive), the extension and restructuring period shall not exceed half of the original loan period, and for loans over five years, the extension and restructuring period shall not exceed three years. After the reorganization is postponed, the loan period shall not exceed the maximum loan period stipulated in the individual study abroad loan.

3. When the loan extension and restructuring period and the original term reach the new interest rate term grade, the loan interest will be collected at the new term grade interest rate from the date of extension and restructuring.

4. Individual study loan with study deposit as loan purpose shall not be extended or reorganized.
