1. Apply to the local police station.
2. The local police station agreed to move in.
3. Apply to the police station where the current account is located to move out.
4. The police station where the household registration is located opens the household registration certificate.
5. Hold the household registration certificate and relevant certification materials (your reasons) to apply for moving in to the household administration department of the Municipal Public Security Bureau where you moved in.
6. License issued by the household administration department.
7. Go back to the local police station to move out with the "quasi-relocation permit" and issue a migration certificate.
8. Go to the local police station with the migration certificate and ID card.
Remarks: The Real Estate Bureau stipulates that it is necessary to move out of the account within 15 working days after the transfer.
