Is the third-party payee liable?
If there is no contract, you will not bear the responsibility, but if there is a contract, you will bear the responsibility. In the process of loan, the third-party payee is usually only an intermediary, responsible for receiving and transferring loan funds, and does not participate in the actual use and repayment process of the loan. The third-party payee has no direct connection with the loan itself and does not need to bear legal responsibility. If there is a guarantee contract or other relevant agreement between the third-party payee and the borrower, the third-party payee may be liable.
