The questions involve the authenticity and purpose of the applicant's house purchase, the borrower's responsibility, whether the spouse knows and its obligations, precautions for early repayment, the guarantor's responsibility, the mode of fund allocation, the loan contract, etc. 10.

After the interview, the loan manager of the center will preliminarily judge the borrower's real intention, repayment willingness, repayment ability and the authenticity of the personal information provided by him through the analysis of the interview, and then determine the borrower's loan amount and term according to the interview records.

The implementation of the loan interview system is helpful to further standardize the management of individual housing provident fund loans, prevent and control loan risks, and promote the healthy development of individual housing provident fund loan business.
