(2) Materials and precautions required for loan application

Category 1. Materials that new students who apply for a "green channel" loan need to present at the registration site:

1. Original "Admission Notice"; (only reviewed but not handed in)

2. "Survey Form on Students and Family Situations in Colleges and Universities"; (Only reviewed but not submitted)

3. "Qualification Review Form for "Green Channel" Loans for Graduate Student Admissions" (with "Survey Form on Students and Family Situations in Colleges and Universities") Form" should be collected from the department counselor); (Submit it to the loan center on site)

Materials required for the second category, freshmen who have applied for loans from their place of origin, to present at the registration site:

1. The original copy of the "Admission Notice"; (only reviewed but not handed in)

2. "China Development Bank Co., Ltd. Student Place of Origin Credit Student Loan Acceptance Certificate"; (Submit to the loan center on site)

(3) Materials required for the formal review stage

1. Admission Notice" original and copy;

2. "Investigation Form for Students and Family Situations in Colleges and Universities";

3. Copy of my ID card (in duplicate);

4. "Loan Application Approval Form" (in duplicate ); (Collect it on-site at the loan application site and fill it out after arriving at the school);

5. One copy of each of the ID cards of the two witnesses;

6. At the school Bank of China Great Wall debit card with an account opened in my own name, a copy of the account number side of the bank card (with signature for confirmation);

7. Copy of parents’ ID cards;

(4) Steps to apply for a loan

Step 1: When registering, please bring the "Higher Education Student and Family Situation Questionnaire" to the counselor of each department Receive a "Green Channel" Loan Qualification Examination Form for Graduate Student Admissions stamped with the official seal of the department, and you can directly register for student loans at the "Green Channel" processing location of the Graduate Affairs Office on the day of reporting;

Step 2: Enter the freshman registration office and submit all the above-mentioned loan information to the staff at the "green channel" processing location of the Graduate Affairs Office;

Step 3: After the information is reviewed and approved, receive the "Loan Application Approval" Form" (in duplicate);

Step 4: Hold the "Proof of Deferment of Loan Tuition Payment" with the official seal issued by the staff of the Affairs Office and go to the on-site office of the Finance Office to handle the formalities for deferment of tuition payment;

Step 5: Within a certain period of time after entering the school, log in to the school's loan selection system and fill in the loan information. The online information must be consistent with the information filled in the "Loan Application Approval Form";

Step 6: After completing all the above steps, be sure to bring all the information to the Affairs Office of the Graduate Affairs Department within the specified time for formal application. Review.

Step 7: Wait for bank review. The department will notify students who have been approved for loans to sign a formal contract with the bank at a later stage. The specific time and place for signing the contract will be notified separately. Please pay close attention to department announcements and the graduate student financial aid website.
