Housing monetization subsidy policy:

1. There are three main sources of housing subsidy funds:

(1) Housing funds allocated by the state;

(2) unit housing funds;

(3) Funds raised by the unit through various channels.

The basic form of housing subsidies is:

1, one-time housing subsidy, basic subsidy plus one-time subsidy and monthly subsidy;

2, a one-time subsidy, mainly for the old workers without housing, when the workers buy a house, a one-time payment;

3, basic subsidies plus one-time subsidies, in accordance with the housing area standards of ordinary employees, basic subsidies are gradually distributed, and the difference between cadres at all levels and ordinary employees due to the difference in housing subsidy area standards is paid in one lump sum when buying a house;

4. The monthly subsidy method is mainly aimed at new employees and will be paid monthly during the housing subsidy payment period.

Legal basis: Article 86 of the Measures for Housing Registration.

To transfer the ownership of a house according to law and apply for the registration of the transfer of ownership of a house, the following materials shall be submitted:

1. Application for registration.

(2) the identity certificate of the applicant;

(3) Certificate of ownership of the house;

(four) the certificate of the right to use the homestead or the certificate of the right to use the collectively owned construction land;

(five) materials to prove the transfer of housing ownership;

(6) Other necessary materials.

To apply for the registration of villagers' housing ownership transfer, it shall also submit the certification materials of the rural collective economic organizations agreeing to the transfer. Where a rural collective economic organization applies for the registration of house ownership transfer, it shall also submit the certification materials approved by the villagers' meeting or authorized by the villagers' meeting and approved by the villagers' representative meeting.
