2. The applicant shall fill in the "Qingdao Housing Provident Fund Loan Application Approval Form" as required, and provide the required materials according to the type and area of the house purchased.

5. After the transfer is completed, the borrower goes to the management office to collect the bill and repayment passbook (card).
6. The borrower starts repayment in the month after the transfer, and adopts the method of "paying interest first, then paying principal, and paying monthly". The specific repayment method is:
(1) Pay the loan interest from the loan transfer date to the 27th of the current month (or the 27th of the next month if the loan transfer date is later than the 27th of the current month) (calculated on a daily basis);
(2) From the month following the repayment of loan interest for the first time, the borrower shall repay the loan principal and interest agreed in this contract by the 27th of each month.
7. After the borrower pays off the loan as agreed in the contract, he can get the withdrawal certificate and the house ownership certificate from the management office in the jurisdiction where the loan is accepted, and then go through the formalities of cancellation of mortgage registration with the property right registration department.

If the applicant fails to sign the loan contract and mortgage contract at the designated work place within one month after receiving the notice, or fails to register the mortgage within one week after signing the contract, the loan application will be automatically revoked. If the applicant continues to apply, it needs to apply again.
