2. Children of revolutionary martyrs, brothers and sisters, soldiers who died in the line of duty, and soldiers who died voluntarily joined the army and met the conditions for conscription can give priority to approving one person to join the army during the conscription period;

3. Children of revolutionary martyrs and disabled revolutionary servicemen apply for secondary schools and institutions of higher learning, and the cultural and physical conditions for admission are appropriately relaxed;
