Chapter one? General rules.
Rule number one In order to further improve the undergraduate scholarship system, give full play to the guarantee and incentive role of scholarships, and improve the quality of undergraduate training.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Department of Veterans, and the National Defense Mobilization Department of the Central Military Commission, and other documents (Cai Jiao [2065 438+09] 19), combined with the actual situation of the school, these measures are formulated.
Rule number two The recipients are full-time undergraduates in our school.
Article 3 The reward and assistance system consists of two parts: reward and assistance.
Awards include national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, outstanding student scholarships, individual scholarships, "Great Wall" scholarships for national defense students, and social scholarships.
The financial assistance includes national grants, national student loans, national education grants for military service students, tuition compensation for grass-roots employment, national student loan compensation, social grants, temporary difficulties subsidies, tuition fee reduction and exemption, "green channel" for freshmen, and work-study programs.
Article 4? Basic application conditions:
(1) Having China nationality;
(two) love the socialist motherland and support the leadership of the China * * * production party;
(three) abide by the national constitution and laws, and abide by the school rules and regulations;
(four) honest and trustworthy, good moral character;
(5) Study hard and make positive progress.
Article 5? In any of the following circumstances, the academic year assessed by it shall not participate in various scholarships:
(1) Those who violate the school rules and regulations will be punished;
(2) those who drop out of school or retain their school status.
Article 6? The sources of funding for undergraduate scholarships are central financial allocation, self-raised funds from schools and social donations.
