1. From now on, provident fund loans will give priority to meeting the needs of employees' families for the first housing provident fund loan. The first set of housing means that employees' families have no housing and no record of buying houses (including commercial loans and provident fund loans).

Two, suspend the acceptance of non first-time housing provident fund loan applications within the scope of the main city. Any of the following situations is considered as non-first residence:

(1) According to the inquiry of the provident fund center system, the employee's family has one or more provident fund loans (whether paid off or not).

(two) by the people's Bank of China credit system query, workers' families have one or more loans to buy housing records (whether paid off or not).

(three) identified by the municipal real estate registration authority, the family owns one or more houses.

Three. This notice shall be implemented as of the date of issuance. Before the issuance of this notice, the buyers who have signed the house online or passed the examination by the provident fund center are still subject to the original standards. All units should do a good job in policy interpretation and publicity, and report new situations and new problems in implementation in a timely manner.
