There are 4 steps to process a house transfer. They are: 1. Sign the contract. The terms of the contract and breach of contract clauses must be clearly agreed upon and must be signed by the seller;
2. Submit the application. Go to the Real Estate Bureau to fill out the form and existing contract;
3. Pay taxes and fees. After the application materials are submitted to the Real Estate Bureau, the Real Estate Bureau will issue a receipt and pay taxes according to the instructions on the receipt;
4. Transfer of property. After paying the tax, you can get the real estate certificate. The two parties handed over the house and the transfer was completed.
