Residents with permanent household registration who meet one of the following conditions are allowed to move their household registration to the homes of relatives and friends:

Citizens who move to border areas must obtain approval from the public security organs of the county, city, or municipal district where they have their permanent residence.
Article 13 When citizens migrate, from the time they arrive at the place of move-in, within three days in urban areas and within ten days in rural areas, the person or the head of the household must submit the migration certificate to the household registration authority to apply for move-in registration. , surrender and cancel the migration certificate.
Citizens who do not have relocation documents must apply for relocation registration at the household registration authority at the place of residence with the following documents:
