What do you mean by bank advances?
Bank advances refer to the behavior that banks are forced to pay with their own funds when customers are unable to pay the due amount. This behavior often occurs when customers are in trouble and their financial situation deteriorates. Bank advances are often classified as non-performing assets, including bank acceptance bills, letters of credit, bank guarantees, and foreign exchange loans.

Advance payment means paying for others temporarily. It should be noted that according to Article 44 of the Notice of the People's Bank of China on Issuing the Measures for the Administration of Bank Card Business, the issuing bank shall not advance funds for the cardholder or the entrusting unit for various agency businesses handled by debit cards.
