After the card expires, the outstanding creditor-debtor relationship under the account it contains is still valid. The validity period of the new card is recalculated when changing the card.

Individuals who voluntarily abide by the Articles of Association shall apply to the issuing bank for a Dragon Card Debit Card with valid identity documents stipulated by real-name registration system, and the legal entity of the unit shall appoint an agent with valid identity documents. At the time of application, relevant application materials shall be provided according to the requirements of the issuing bank to confirm that it conforms to the Articles of Association of China Construction Bank's Longka Debit Card, and a card authorization contract shall be signed with the issuing bank, which will issue cards to eligible applicants. The use of joint debit cards should also comply with the relevant regulations of joint units. The issuing bank provides value-added services for cardholders according to the types of customers.
