You can't get a loan. Teacher qualification certificate can only prove that you are qualified to be a teacher, but it can't show that you are hired and have a stable income. The loan must be mortgaged, and it must also mean that you have the ability to repay. Teacher qualification certificate can't do this. I suggest you take other channels. Good luck!
