The fees for handling resident identity cards are as follows:
65438. On February 30th, 2003, the Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance on the Fees for Resident Identity Cards and Related Issues (NDRC Price [2003] No.2322) stipulated that:
1. The public security organs charge the residents who apply for and reissue the second-generation resident identity cards a fee of 20 yuan per card, and the residents who lose or damage the second-generation resident identity cards a fee of 40 yuan per card.
2. When the public security organ handles temporary id card for residents, the charging standard for the second-generation resident ID card is 10 yuan per card.
3. The charging standards for residents' application, replacement, loss reporting and damaged replacement of anti-counterfeiting resident identity cards are still implemented according to the original provisions (total price [1995] No.873).
