Chengdu provident fund loan conditions:
1, employees who normally pay housing provident fund in Chengdu (outside the city);
2. A natural person who has full capacity for civil conduct and has not exceeded the statutory retirement age stipulated by the state;
3. At the time of application, the main borrower and the employer have paid the housing provident fund in full and on time 1 year or more, and the borrower and spouse have not withdrawn the provident fund to pay the down payment for the house purchase, and have not applied for the provident fund loan or the obtained provident fund loan has been settled;
4. The borrower has a contract or agreement to purchase housing;
5. The borrower has stable economic income and good credit;
6. The down payment shall not be less than 30% of the value of the house purchased.
