Bank employees need to take the banking qualification certificate, CET-4 and CET-6 certificate and accounting certificate. If you want to further develop in the bank, bank employees can also take the financial English certificate, FRM certificate, computer level 2, securities qualification certificate and statistical certificate. Bankers refer to people who work in banking financial institutions. Persons who are sent by relevant institutions to work in banking financial institutions and have no direct labor contract relationship with banking financial institutions are also banking employees.

If a bank employee wants to work in a banking unit, he/she must take the primary examination of banking qualification and obtain the primary certificate of China's banking qualification, referred to as CCBP certificate. After entering the banking unit to broaden their horizons, they need to obtain a higher-level certificate if they want to have higher development in their posts. For example, CPA for accounting positions and ACCA for chartered certified public accountants.

The bank qualification examination shall be organized and implemented by the China Banking Qualification Certification Office. The examination and certification system consists of four basic links: qualification standard, examination system, qualification examination and continuing education.

There are two subjects in the banking qualification certificate, namely, banking laws and regulations, comprehensive ability and banking professional practice. Among them, banking professional practice consists of five professional categories: personal finance, corporate credit, personal loan, risk management and bank management.
