After the borrower pays off all the loan principal and interest and related expenses, the loan contract is automatically terminated. After the termination of the contract, the lender shall go through the formalities of cancellation of mortgage registration (or filing) or pledge registration with the relevant parties, return the property certificate, and notify the guarantor of the termination of the loan relationship, mortgage (pledge) guarantee or joint liability guarantee relationship.
