When you live in a self-occupied house, you apply for a housing provident fund personal housing loan from the housing provident fund management center in the place where your household registration is located. Quanzhou City specifically includes two situations: when employees with deposits in Quanzhou go to other places (i.e., the place of household registration outside the administrative area of ??Quanzhou City) to purchase a house, they apply for a loan from the Housing Provident Fund Management Center in another place; loan.
Applying for an off-site loan must meet the following conditions:
(1) Employees who have paid housing provident funds in other places apply for a housing provident fund personal housing loan from the Quanzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center, and must comply with the " The relevant provisions of "Quanzhou City Housing Provident Fund Management Regulations" and "Quanzhou City Housing Provident Fund Loan Management Implementation Opinions", and meet the following conditions:
The employee's household registration is within the administrative area of ??Quanzhou City, and the employee has purchased a self-occupied house in Quanzhou City .
The housing provident fund has been paid and deposited normally for more than 6 months (inclusive), and the account status is normal.
If both spouses of house-buying employees make deposits in different places, or one party makes deposits in another place and the other party makes deposits in Quanzhou, they can be regarded as "dual-employees" and enjoy the maximum loan limit for dual-employees.
Both husband and wife of house-purchasing employees have not used housing provident fund personal housing loans in the housing provident fund payment place and the house purchase place, or the first housing provident fund personal housing loan has been settled, and they apply for housing provident fund individuals for the second time to improve their living conditions. For housing loans, off-site loans can be applied for.
Off-site loans are not allowed to the families of house-purchasing employees who apply for the third housing provident fund loan.
If a housing provident fund loan has been processed at the housing provident fund management center at the place of deposit or purchase and has not been repaid, you cannot apply for a loan in another place.
In addition to adding a "Proof of Housing Provident Fund Payment for Employees of Off-site Loans" in the application materials for off-site loans, other application materials, loan amounts, down payment ratios, interest rate standards, income determination, credit definitions and other review conditions are all the same. It is the same as Quanzhou City Housing Provident Fund Loan.
(2) If employees in Quanzhou who have paid housing provident funds purchase a house outside Quanzhou City and apply for a housing provident fund personal housing loan, the relevant regulations of the housing provident fund management center of the lending city shall be followed.
