Legal subjectivity:

A limited liability company can change its legal representative during the loan period, but the change of legal representative must be approved and registered by the Administration for Industry and Commerce. A legal person, or a legal representative, is legally called a legal representative, and a company is called a legal person. There is no restriction on changing the legal representative of the company.
