The experience of John's role.
John meston was born in 1873. His father, an illiterate Scottish immigrant, was born on a ship to new york. His mother was a prostitute and died when John was born. His father was blind in a bar conflict in Chicago. He likes to speak Scottish but doesn't like English. Later, John died at the age of eight. Although John was told that he died in a bar fight, his cause of death is unknown.
John was later sent to an orphanage, where he spent the next few years. He finally escaped and wanted to make a living on the street by himself. 1 1 years old, John shot and killed a man, which was his first time to kill, although he claimed that it was not his fault. 1885 years old, John was in Illinois.
Dutch van der Linde rescued the little boy and put him under his protection. John joined Vanderlind's gang in this way. Together with Hosea Matthews, Arthur Morgan and Susan Grimshaw, the gang became the boy's surrogate family. Dutch became his mentor and father. He taught John how to read, shoot, hunt and collect, and instilled in him a love for things other than nature and power.
