1. Apply for a loan. Eligible students log on to the "Student Online Service System", find the "Loan Application Form", click "Add", fill in the information, export and print the "Application Form for Student-origin Student Loan of China Development Bank".

2. Qualification examination. If it is the first time to apply for a loan, you need to hold the application form to any unit of high school, village (neighborhood) Committee and township (street) civil affairs department for qualification review and build official seal. If it is a loan renewal, there is no need to review it. You can go directly to the county-level funding center for loan renewal procedures.

3. Sign a loan contract. After the seal, the student and * * * together with the borrower go through the loan formalities at the county-level rescue center.

Supplementary-Conditions of Student Loan:

1, junior college students (including higher vocational students), second bachelor's degree students, graduate students with financial difficulties;

2. Those who have China nationality and have reached the age of 1 6 must hold Chinese identity cards;

3. Have full capacity for civil conduct (minors applying for national student loans must obtain the written consent of their legal guardians);

4, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, no illegal behavior;

5. study hard and be able to complete your studies normally; .

6. Due to the financial difficulties of the family, the funds that I and my family can raise are not enough to pay for the basic expenses of their study and life during their study;

7. To apply for a student-origin student loan, the application conditions are the same as above, and one item is added: the student's pre-school household registration and his/her parents' (or other legal guardians') household registration are all in the county (city, district).
