I suggest you have a look at the specific terms of your loan contract. If the contract stipulates that the loan must be repaid within one year, then you have signed it, so you must repay it one by one. If there is no provision in the contract, repayment can generally be made in advance. If they don't agree to repay, you can complain to the CBRC.
