Early repayment of Bank of China personal study abroad loan:

After the loan contract takes effect, if the borrower has sufficient sources of funds, he or she can repay part or all of the loan in advance. For the portion of the loan, the lender has the right to calculate and charge penalty interest in accordance with the rules stipulated in the contract.
