Provident fund first-hand housing loan process

The first step is to get the application form.

The borrower consults with the entrusted bank of provident fund loan and receives the Application Form for Personal Housing Loan of Provident Fund.

The second step is to submit the information.

1, provident fund personal housing loan application form, economic income certificate and provident fund deposit certificate or housing provident fund reconciliation account book;

2. The original and photocopy of the ID card, household registration book or valid residence certificate and marital status certificate (such as unmarried certificate) of both husband and wife;

3. Purchase contract and down payment receipt;

4. Other supporting materials required by the lending bank.

The third step is to sign the contract

1. Individual housing loan contract entrusted by provident fund;

3. Other agreement documents related to the loan required by the lending bank.

The fourth step is to apply for a mortgage.

The fifth step is to approve the issuance.

Step 6 Repayment and settlement

Cancel the mortgage loan

After the borrower has settled all the loan principal and interest, he should go through the mortgage cancellation formalities at the original mortgage registration department with the loan settlement certificate and mortgage cancellation certificate issued by the loan bank and other related materials.
