How long will the bank freeze the down payment?
Two or three months. After paying the down payment, the customer needs to prepare the down payment receipt and personal identity documents, the purchase agreement signed with the real estate developer, salary slips or bank running water and other materials to go to the bank to apply for a mortgage. The bank will approve it within one to two weeks, and the appraisal agency will issue a house value analysis report and inform the customer immediately.
