According to the chief of the real estate market section of Yueqing Housing and Construction Bureau, the Wenzhou document stipulates that "individuals purchase ordinary new commercial housing for the first time" with subsidies. Two conditions must be met here: first, buying a house for the first time, and second, ordinary newly-built commercial housing (below 144 square meters). In Yueqing, it is not subject to these two restrictions. Except for villas and townhouses, all houses transferred within the time limit can enjoy a subsidy of 0.6% according to the housing transactions in taxable value.

Within 10 years from the date of signing the house sales contract, the rented talented housing will be subject to administrative restrictions on property rights, and it is not allowed to be listed for circulation and turnover, and it is not allowed to apply for mortgage loans (except for the provident fund and commercial mortgage loans used to purchase the housing). If the purchaser has left his post for more than 6 months without employment and entrepreneurship, in violation of the contract, the implementing agency has the right to repurchase the talent housing according to the regulations.
