/kloc-0 was admitted to Shenyang institute of electromechanical technology in February, 1978, and graduated in June, 1982 with a bachelor's degree in engineering. 1984 graduated from Harbin Institute of Electrical Engineering with a master's degree in engineering; 1999 graduated from Harbin institute of technology with a doctorate in engineering. 1992 was promoted to associate professor, 1998 was promoted to professor, and was awarded as doctoral supervisor in 2003. He has served as the director of the Department of Electrical Engineering of Harbin Institute of Electrical Technology, the deputy director of the Department of Electrical Engineering of harbin university of science and technology, and the director of the Academic Affairs Office of harbin university of science and technology. He is currently the Standing Committee Member and Vice President of the Party Committee of harbin university of science and technology. Engaged in teaching, scientific research and teaching management of electrical machinery and appliances for a long time. He has undertaken more than 40 scientific research projects funded by the National Science and Technology Support Plan, the Science and Technology Fund of the Ministry of Machinery, the Heilongjiang Science and Technology Research Foundation and enterprises, and won the third prize 1 of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, the third prize 1 of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Progress, two first prizes and two second prizes at the bureau level; Participated in the national World Bank loan of 265438+ 1 for the reform of higher education in the early 20th century, and undertook six teaching and research projects of the teaching reform and quality project of the Ministry of Education and the reform project of higher education in Heilongjiang Province in the new century, and won the first prize of the Heilongjiang Teaching Achievement Award 1 and the second prize 1.
