Strengthen collection, report the records to the central bank's credit information system, and take legal action. If an individual has overdue mortgage, the bank will generally strengthen telephone collection or door-to-door collection. If it fails to repay on time for three consecutive times, the bank will default on the one hand and report the record to the central bank's credit information system on the other. If it fails to repay for more than six consecutive months, the bank will take litigation and other means to collect or even dispose of the collateral.
