The Civil Code provides as follows:
Article 18 stipulates that adults with full capacity for civil conduct can independently carry out civil legal acts. /kloc-Minors over 0/6 years old whose main source of livelihood is their own labor income are regarded as persons with full capacity for civil conduct.
Articles 19 and 22 stipulate that minors over the age of eight and adults who cannot fully recognize their own behavior are persons with limited capacity for civil conduct, and their legal acts are represented by their legal representatives or recognized and ratified by their legal representatives; However, they can independently conduct civil legal acts that are purely beneficial or suitable for their age, intelligence and mental health.
Articles 20 and 21 stipulate that minors under the age of eight and adults who can't recognize their own behavior are persons without civil capacity, and their legal representatives shall act as agents to carry out civil legal acts.
