I intend to buy real estate, and now I entrust the above-mentioned trustee as our agent. The agency period is from May 2, 2007 to May 2, 2008. All the above-mentioned trustees can independently handle the following entrusted matters in the name of the Bank during the agency period:

1. Fully handle the procedures for obtaining and keeping the property title certificate of the above-mentioned property, and pay relevant taxes; Fully handle the transfer and transfer registration of the above-mentioned real estate, and sign the real estate sales contract and related documents on its behalf.

2. Go through the notarization procedures of the sales contract, loan contract and mortgage contract, get the notarized sales contract, loan contract and mortgage contract, go through the relevant procedures of returning the part and canceling the transfer to the Land and Resources Bureau or the Land and Real Estate Trading Center, sign the relevant documents, and get the real estate sales contract, real estate license and other relevant materials.

3. Fully handle the bank mortgage loan procedures of the above-mentioned real estate, and sign the loan contract, mortgage contract, loan receipt and other relevant documents on its behalf;

4. Fully handle the mortgage registration and other related procedures of the above-mentioned real estate, and sign relevant documents;

5. Collect the purchase price of the above-mentioned property on behalf of the trustee, or transfer the mortgage loan or purchase price of the above-mentioned property to the account designated by the trustee, and sign relevant documents.

The intransitive verb signs a contract with the secured financing company and all the documents related to secured financing, and pays the relevant fees.

I acknowledge all relevant documents signed by the trustee within the scope of his authorization and the agency period. The trustee has no right to entrust.
