All localities should increase financial support and strictly implement the living allowance standard for college graduates with "three supports and one support". County-level human resources and social security departments should timely approve living allowance standards and related social insurance payment standards according to policies, financial departments should do a good job in financial guarantee and living allowance payment, and relevant county-level competent departments should do a good job in coordinating services to provide necessary living and working conditions for "three supports and one support" college graduates.

5. On the adjustment of service posts for college graduates with "three supports and one support"
