Donghai Bridge starts from Luchaogang, Nanhui District, Shanghai, connects Hulu Expressway in the north, crosses the northern waters of Hangzhou Bay in the south, and reaches Xiaoyangshan Island in Shengsi County, Zhejiang Province. The 32.5-kilometer-long Donghai Bridge is a part of the deep-water port project of Shanghai International Shipping Center, which was listed as "No.1 Project" by the Shanghai Municipal Government.
Donghai Bridge Project is an important supporting project of the first phase of Yangshan Deepwater Port Area of Shanghai International Shipping Center, which provides container land transportation, water supply, power supply and communication services for Yangshan Deepwater Port Area. The whole line of Donghai Bridge can be divided into a land section of about 2.3 kilometers, a sea section of about 25.5 kilometers between seawall and turtle island, and a port-bridge connecting section of about 3.5 kilometers between turtle island and Xiaoyangshan island, with a total length of about 3 1 km. The bridge is designed according to the expressway standard of two-way six-lane and emergency parking zone, with a width of 365,438+0.5m and a design speed of 80 km/h. ..
Donghai Bridge officially started construction on June 26th, 2002. After 35 months of hard construction, the structure was connected on May 25th, 2005. The bridge is 3 1.5 meters wide, divided into two floors, with six lanes in both directions and a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour. The whole bridge is designed according to expressway standard, and the design reference period is 100 year. The maximum main navigation hole of the bridge is 40m clear from the sea surface, which is equivalent to the height of 10 floor, and can meet the navigation requirements of 10,000-ton cargo ships. Donghai Bridge will be completed and opened to traffic this year.
On more than 600 square kilometers of land in Shanghai, the existing bridges are mainly built according to Huangpu River and Suzhou River, and Donghai Bridge is the first truly sea-crossing bridge. The completion and opening to traffic of Donghai Bridge has laid a foundation for the completion and opening of Yangshan Deepwater Port this year and the acceleration of the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center.
Donghai Bridge Project is the first truly sea-crossing bridge in China. The total length of Donghai Bridge is about 32.5 kilometers, of which the onshore section is about 3.7 kilometers, the offshore section between the new embankment of Luchaogang and Tortoise Island is about 25.3 kilometers, and the connecting section between Tortoise Island and Xiaoyangshan Island is about 3.5 kilometers. The bridge is designed according to the expressway standard of two-way six-lane and emergency parking zone. The width of the bridge is 3 1.5m, the design speed is 80km, the design load is checked according to the dense arrangement of heavy containers, and it can resist typhoon of magnitude 12 and earthquake of magnitude 7, and the design reference period is 100.
Donghai Bridge is a sea-crossing bridge in Shanghai, spanning the northern part of Hangzhou Bay and leading to Yangshan Deepwater Port. It takes "Changhong in the East China Sea" as its creative concept, just like a bright rainbow in the East China Sea. The color of a bridge is a direct expression of its appearance and personality. White and light gray are the main colors of the bridge, which makes it harmonious with the environment. At present, the longest sea-crossing bridge built in the world is only 16 km, while the Donghai Bridge is 32.5 km long, which is a veritable "bridge of the world".
