The provincial education administrative departments and universities should attach great importance to this work, and do a good job in this work in the spirit of being responsible for the extensive, healthy and sustainable development of the national student loan work. Further improving and perfecting the personal information collection of students with national student loans In order to improve work efficiency and reduce the workload of reporting information and data at all levels in universities and provincial education administrative departments, it is planned to upgrade the personal information collection system of students with national student loans to realize direct online reporting in universities. The National College Employment Guidance Center will open an online office system for the collection of national student loan information on the China Higher Education Student Information Network, and all colleges and universities will enter the system to directly query and submit data with the academic letter government card provided by the National College Employment Guidance Center. The office system will check the data according to the specified requirements, and immediately return the data with incomplete content after uploading the university data, so that the university can know the problems existing in the data in time, and upload and submit it again after supplementing and modifying it until all of them are qualified. The National Career Guidance Center for Colleges and Universities will release new recruitment software on the China Higher Education Student Information Network (website: www.chsi.com.cn). At that time, colleges and universities will be invited to download and use the password provided by the National College Employment Guidance Center. The provincial education administrative departments should strengthen their leadership in this work, and the local student loan management centers should designate special personnel to be responsible for supervising the personal information collection of students with national student loans in local universities. The school's national student loan management department, student status management department and graduate employment guidance department should work together to ensure that the information collection work is completed on time and with high quality. The information collection of colleges and universities affiliated to relevant departments (units) will be supervised by the National Student Loan Management Center. Third, do a good job in information collection of graduates in 2005 and supplementary information of some graduates before 2004. Since the establishment of the national student loan personal information inquiry system in 2002, most local education administrative departments and colleges and universities have paid attention to this work, carefully collected and submitted information in time. However, some places have not paid enough attention to it, which has affected the construction of national information systems, such as Shanxi, Fujian and Sichuan provinces, which failed to submit information in 2003; Shanghai, Hunan, Shanxi, Liaoning, Zhejiang, Guizhou and municipalities directly under the Central Government did not submit information for 2004. Although some provinces have submitted information, there are cases of lack of schools and incomplete information. Therefore, colleges and universities are required to clean up the situation of students who graduated from national student loans in 2004 and before, and the personal information of all students who graduated from national student loans must be summarized and reported to the National College Employment Guidance Center in a new way. Since 2005, the collection and submission of personal information of students with national student loans has been carried out in a new way. In order to ensure the smooth development of information collection according to the new submission method, the National Student Loan Management Center and the National College Employment Guidance Center will jointly hold an information collection training class in April to train the personnel who are specifically responsible for this work in colleges and universities directly under the local education administrative departments and relevant departments.
