Relevant departments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council, relevant directly affiliated institutions, armed police forces, finance departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, education departments (education committees) of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, conscription office, finance bureau, education bureau, military regions, services and arms, Academy of Military Sciences, National Defense University, National University of Defense Technology, provincial military regions (garrison areas) and universities directly under the central government.

In order to encourage college graduates to actively enlist in the army, improve the quality of conscription and promote the modernization of national defense and the army, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and the General Staff decided to enlist in the army from 2009 according to the relevant spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening the Employment of College Graduates (Guo Ban Fa [2009] No.3) and the Notice of the Ministry of Education of the General Political Department of the General Staff on Doing a Good Job in Recruiting College Graduates (Shenren [2009] No.6).

The Interim Measures for the Compensation of College Graduates' Compulsory Military Service and National Student Loans are hereby printed and distributed to you, please follow them.
