It will be implemented in accordance with the latest loan benchmark interest rate standards released by the central bank. The interest rates for commercial loans and provident fund loans are as follows.

Commercial loans: within one year (including one year): the annual interest rate is 4.75, one to five years (including five years): the annual interest rate is 4.9, and more than five years: the annual interest rate is above 4.9.

Provident fund loan: five years or less (including five years): the annual interest rate is 2.75, and more than five years: the annual interest rate is 3.25.
