Commercial housing loan: in principle, the mortgaged property should be insured with the property insurance of our bank as the first beneficiary;

Auto loan: Mortgaged vehicles must apply for designated motor vehicle insurance, including but not limited to compulsory insurance and comprehensive motor vehicle insurance (at least including vehicle loss insurance, third party liability insurance and vehicle theft rescue);
